Acoustic Wall Panels for Superior Noise Control & Design Flexibility
Engineered to deliver precise sound absorption, visual impact, and code-compliant performance for commercial, industrial, and institutional spaces.

Premium Acoustic
Foam Panel Systems
Acoustic wall panels are designed to absorb sound, not block it. While barriers such as noise walls or Mass Loaded Vinyl stop noise from passing between spaces, wall panels reduce the buildup of sound within a space itself.
By absorbing reflections off hard surfaces, panels shorten reverberation time, improve speech intelligibility, and create a more comfortable acoustic environment.
This makes them essential for spaces where clear communication and reduced background noise are critical, such as offices, classrooms, manufacturing floors, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues.
At Memtech, our panels are engineered with high-performance materials and tested to deliver precise, measurable absorption (NRC up to 1.05). Whether you need to control echo in a large auditorium or improve focus in an open office, our wall panels offer data-backed performance with architectural-grade aesthetics.

Acoustic Panel Types & Variations

Acoustic WALL PANELS
Valueline Foam Panels
Subtle yet highly effective, these direct-apply panels made of Willtec® foam provide an NRC of 0.75–1.05 across mid-range frequencies (500–1,000 Hz) for clearer speech and reduced echo.
- Omnidirectional, softly sculpted surface with inherent light-shadow modulation for subtle design impact
- NRC of 0.75 (1-½″) to 1.05 (2‑½″) depending on thickness
- Constructed from lightweight, open-cell WILLTEC™ melamine foam. Class 1 (A) fire-rated per ASTM E84, and UL 181 mold-proof
- Available sizes: 24″ × 48″ standard, custom up to 48″ × 96″; thickness: 1‑½″, 1‑7/8″, 2‑½″ plus custom options
- Finishes: natural white/grey, water-based acoustic coatings in standard, premium, or custom colors
- Ideal for manufacturing floors, schools, pools, etc.

ACOUSTIC WALL PANELS
Pyramid Foam Panels
Featuring an extended pyramidal surface that increases absorption surface area, these panels maintain an NRC between 0.75 and 1.05. Offered in sculptural patterns, they’re suitable for direct-apply or suspended-grid applications in recording spaces, offices, museums, and high-traffic interiors.
- Absorber material on the exposed face with a barrier backing
- Designed to stop sound from one direction
- Used along perimeter walls or near noise sources directed toward quiet areas

Acoustic WALL PANELS
Willtec Flat Sheet Panels
Economical and versatile, these glue-up foam panels come in flat or optional convoluted surfaces, with customizable edge profiles. Lightweight yet effective, they're ideal for cost-sensitive installations in showrooms, offices, and general commercial spaces.
- Form & Finish: Slim, smooth glue-up panels of melamine foam, available in custom colors or natural grey/white
- Sizes: Panels up to 48″ × 96″; shapes include circular, triangular, trapezoidal, or custom; thickness from 1″–4″
- Acoustic Data: NRC progresses from 0.60 (1″), 0.90 (2″), up to 1.05 (3″); all Type A ratings

ACOUSTIC WALL PANELS
Clean Wall Foam Panels
Encapsulated in vinyl over Willtec® foam, these washable panels meet USDA/FDA sanitary standards and maintain Class 1 fire rating. Designed for food prep, bottling, and cleanroom environments, they reduce reverberation while remaining easy to sanitize.
- Panels size: 24″ × 48″; Tiles: 24″ × 24″ or 24″ × 48″; Baffles: 24″ × 48″; all 2″ thick
- Available in 16 standard colors
- Ideal for food prep, healthcare, bottling, and sterilized environments where hygiene is paramount.

Acoustic WALL PANELS
Sonex One Foam Panels
Economical and versatile, these glue-up panels come in flat or optional convoluted surfaces, with customizable edge profiles. Lightweight yet effective, they're ideal for cost-sensitive installations in showrooms, offices, and general commercial spaces.
- Design & Performance: Softly sculpted surfaces deflect and disperse sound waves. NRC ranges from 0.85 to 1.10, delivering premium absorption
- Fire & Finish: Class 1 fire-rated; available in natural or HPC-coated textures with beveled edges for visual refinement
- Dimensions & Mounting: Standard 24″ × 48″ size at 2″ or 3″ thickness

ACOUSTIC WALL PANELS
Tec Wedge Foam Panels (Sonex Super & Max)
These classic wedge-style panels deliver maximum sound absorption, NRC of 0.9 for 2″ panels and 1.0 for 3″ panels, combined with Class 1 fire safety. Best used in acoustic-critical environments like recording studios, anechoic enclosures, and research facilities.
- Specific frequency absorption: e.g., at 500 Hz–1 kHz range, 2″ yields 0.85–1.05; 3″ yields up to 1.21 at 2000 Hz.
- Size & Configuration: Standard panel dimensions are 24″ × 48″, offered in 2″ and 3″ thicknesses, available in natural finishes or customizable HPC color coatings.
- Installation: Easy adhesive application with water-based construction glue. No complex frameworks required, enabling efficient installation across ceilings and walls.

Why Memtech Acoustics
Unlike generic off-the-shelf foam panels, Memtech’s acoustic wall systems are engineered, specified, and installed to perform optimally for your unique environment.
Here’s what sets us apart:
- Comprehensive Site Acoustic Assessments
We use Sound Level Meters (SLMs) and advanced modeling software to evaluate your space. This ensures the recommended panel system targets the most problematic frequencies and delivers measurable results. - Code & Compliance Expertise
From OSHA noise exposure limits to IBC fire safety classifications, our team ensures your installation meets or exceeds applicable standards. - Full Installation & Commissioning
Our team handles every detail, from design to project management to final fit and finish. We verify post-installation performance with follow-up acoustic testing to confirm target results have been achieved. - Proven ROI
Clients typically see 20–50% reduction in reverberation time (RT60) after acoustic treatment, as well as improved speech transmission index (STI) scores for better communication. - Fewer noise complaints
