Now serving as our in-house expert, Paul specializes in acoustic measurement, predictive noise modeling, and engineered mitigation strategies across industrial and environmental applications.

Janelle Tolman serves as Operations Manager, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept to completion. With a background in project coordination and client service, she oversees scheduling, logistics, and workflow integration making sure our engineering, design/build, and installation teams deliver with a focus on cost and quality. Janelle’s focus on detail, efficiency, and clear communication helps Memtech uphold its reputation for exceptional customer service across every project..

As Operations Coordinator, Lee-Anne serves as the connective force between strategy and execution at Memtech. She architects workflows, manages project coordination, and ensures consistent communication across teams and clients alike. In addition to overseeing scheduling and documentation, Lee-Anne supports marketing initiatives and human resource functions that strengthen both client experience and organizational performance. Ely Franklin serves as Acoustic Engineer and Project Manager, bridging advanced engineering analysis with disciplined field execution. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Michigan–Dearborn, Ely applies a systems-engineering mindset to acoustical testing, predictive modeling, and integrated design-build solutions. From root-cause analysis through implementation, Ely ensures that every project aligns technical rigor with real-world execution. His leadership in project coordination and performance validation transforms complex noise and vibration challenges into engineered systems that deliver meaningful results.

With over two decades of experience in B2B sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management, Ryan brings a results-driven and strategic mindset to every engagement.
